HIV risk or not?

People here you are not specialists and I regret asking my question here, HIV dies within minutes outside of the body (not within hours as someone here claim) also it has never been reported a case of transmission via cuts and wounds (a part from one particular case during a bloody knife fight) anyway I asked a doctor and here is his simple answer:
