On the primary ballot, there is a place to vote for president (you fill in a little circle next to Clinton or Sanders name).

Separately, there is a place to vote for seven delegates to the party convention. The names of 14 persons are provided. For each candidacy for delegate, the name of the candidate that he or she is committed to (Clinton or Sanders) is provided.

Since we are voting for delegates to a party convention, what is the meaning of our separate vote for the candidate?

@gollum,
No meaning - 4 horses from the same stable, same owners, same agenda - Pick your favourite.....! Same result.
