-why not "everyone compliment"?
-Everyone are they (everyone)

you compliment
they compliment

2. WHO HAS FORGOTTEN TO DO THEIR HOMEWORK?
why not "have forgotten"? They have forgotten, i have forgotten...

3. WHO NEVER LISTENS TO MUSIC? ; WHO SAIS THAT HE IS NO GOOD?
Why not"who say that"?

1. Everyone (every one) is singular, not plural. He/she/it compliments.
2 Who in a question is singular, even if the answer may be plural.
3. Same as (2).
