Parquet Flooring

We have just moved into a home built @ 1978. The kitchen floor are parquet tiles. Some of the strips in various places have bowed up or bridged up (guessing due to moisture).

There are some replacement squares in the basement. (Each tile is a series of seven smaller banded strips of wood) However, since the tiles are tongue and groove we are unsure how to go about replacing them.

How can I replace/repair the tiles of parquet flooring?

OR

Where can I find information about how to go about this?

Thanks,

These instructions are for T&G boards but will work for the parquet. Use Liquid Nail to glue down new squares
