Good evening Ladies and Gentleman. My lights are dinner than normal throuout the house. Every light I turn on or off effects the others.
My breakers read 176 and 68 in a perfect every other one pattern. What can I check to figure this out ??? Thanks

It is possible that one of the power supply lines into your house has a ground on it. This would be outside of you house, likely between the street and your house. Ask you power company to check it out. One thing to look for is if lights on breakers on one side of the breaker panel are worse than on the other side.

@ Engineer,,, you were exactly right. Duke Energy arrived and confirmed your suggestion. There was a ground disconnected at the pole. Can't thank you enough!!!!!
