Being a train driver, it is very important for my company to develop and implement measures on provision the safety of movement of the trains.
And foreign experience is a great contribution.

The first sentence is really bad English. The term "foreign experience" is ambiguous in the second sentence. You don't happen to be Chinese, do you?

Did you mean to say:

Because I am a train driver, I think it is very important for my company to develop and implement measures that provide safe movement of the trains.

This is not clear. What do you want to say here?:
And foreign experience is a great contribution.
