Things are not done overnight nor people are good at catching up with technology but uniformization will come with Globalization as a lightning rod give it 1-2 more generations...bottom line the "system" itself will forces us down to commit.

Yes, I'm for it. The incentive for doing work, in the 21st century, should not come from the threat of hunger or homelessness. Goodies are enough motivation.

And, yes, get rid of the minimum wage. When people are just given all they need, the concept of a living wage loses meaning. Without a minimum wage, disabled people could ease their way into the workforce as the line between volunteer work and paid work blurred.

The day people would start shopping for quality instead of quantity to minimum price we could get rid of minimum wages.
