I remember this back in school when we were being dissuaded against it; something like necessity re representation for large western territories. (Sand, I tell you, it is sand.) I also think I remember it was something against having mob rule. Some know me as a fan of piazza history; it is also called piazza rule.
I'm fine they (we) get representation, but the dichotomy, few people maybe against many, has long seemed unfair to me, hugely immobilizing the voting power of millions of people, despite the bla bla re delegates.
I understand people will disagree with how I still feel.
Can we talk about this?
