Trying to find an artist for a present

I have been trying to figure out the name of the artist of the following painting for years. My father bought this painting years ago and loves it but does not know who the artist is. I think if he knows he would be inclined to purchase more of his artwork. Does any one know who it could be? Links to painting and signature are below:
