3 Artists signatures - anyone know?

Interesting. I've no idea.

Artists and signatures are a subject all to their own. I'm an ordinary artist who has painted because I enjoy it; had a couple of galleries. I've done things in early days like writing most of my name, back when I was doing mostly etchings, to, later on, hiding JC in the grass while not liking the intrusion of a signature.

This all reminds me of the time I was part of a landscape design firm, and I and another designer, both women, decided we wanted to change our very ordinary signatures, the boss's sig being exemplary, very strong.

That was a hilarious experiment, to us, at least.

On number 1, because of the cartouche, I think we're looking for an artist painting between 1880 and 1920. I believe we're looking for an artist from Romania or maybe north or north east Germany painting in France.

Any chance you'd post photos of the art with these signitures?

The last signature looks like a cartoonist whose works I've seen. I'm trying to recall it now. Getting older means taking longer to access memories.

Number 1 looks like Bertram Priestman (1868-1951). Look him up online and see if the style of the paintings match. Or post a pic of the whole painting so we can see
