Tom, Tom, where are you

A2k has one peculiar software glitch I often wish Management would address: A new posting, esp OP, if accessed but neither answered nor saved, disappears from all listings (My Posts, New topics, Unanswered, etc)

But I do remember a Tom asking something about relativity. Hey Tom, are you still viable

@Tes yeux noirs,
Aha! Thanks Tes. I vaguely remember having done so but didn't expect the measure to make the OP disappear

@dalehileman,
It doesn't actually disappear. What happens after you've tapped on it and read it, is that it drops down on your listings. If you scroll down, you'll notice a message:
the topics below have not received a reply since you logged out or read the topic

If someone (other than you) responds to the topic, then it will magically reappear on your latest listings.

Trust the hamsters, they work hard and know their stuff.

Of course, yea this time I found it. You haft forgive an old guy recently diagnosed with Alz's

Apparently it occasionally falls so far as to be somewhat frustrating. Still I'm glad to know now where to look

@dalehileman,
It falls according to the number of new topics and responses to older topics. Sometimes you'll be needing to scroll through a few pages. Fortunately, the written in Red word NEW, makes it easy to locate.
