Electric trips with low load but stays on with higher load

the "sockets" fuse trips when the fan heater is Not on but stays on only when the fan heater is running or the kettle is boiling. When I dont have the fan heater or kettle boiling the fuse will trip, when the fan heaters running it wont trip even all night or day. could it be a loose connection in the fuse box? (its in a caravan)

@dethleff,
Might be a short circuit in the fan heater switch when it is in the off position.
