Found a wallpaper I want, but how do I remove the text in Photoshop or Pixlr Editor?

My mother found a wallpaper she wants for her Windows 10 lock screen (it was one of the featured ones that appears randomly) and she wants to keep it on that same wallpaper. I took a screenshot for her, but it has the time, Ease of Access buttons, and some other clutter. I want to remove this junk for her so it doesn't get in her way, but I have no idea how to go about it. Please help?

@XiV,
Are you using a wallpaper which you are supposed to be paying for, and there's a watermark on it?
