From your computer?? If you have a mouse, right click and scroll down to the delete option. Click on the delete option. Deleted.
Or use a shredder program: like File Shredder which is free from Spybot Search and Destroy.
Go to File drop down menu and click on ADD file to List ... Hit the chop it away button and now your files have been securely deleted.
