i can't change my wallpaper into interested picture ..is there any wrong in setting...

i just right clicked on pic but i haven't seen WALLPAPER on list....?
thats all....usual one....

i have clicked on the picture to put interested Wallpaper on my laptop but i can't have that option on screen like usual pop-up appearance frd!
