outlet is a split outlet, wired two white on top copper screw, two blacks on bottom copper screw and the ground on the silver screw not the green ground screw
I moved the ground wire to the ground screw and now it shows an open nuetral.
multiple outlets in the room are split to work off of the switch
same switch

Hwy some of us may be a little confused. Are there four screws on that outlet, and if you have an ohmmeter can you tell us where each one goes. But be sure to turn off the power before such

Usually each half would use both colors, the black one to the copper screw being hot. That however would entail five screws not four but please don't electrocute yourself
