I am growing these bumps on my skin, what are they?

Just yesterday I saw these round bumps on my skin. They amalgamate in certain areas and I have no idea what they are. I put some medicine on it (the yellow colored stuff) to prevent the itch. Can someone explain to me what they are? Thanks in advance!
