Hints for q's 19 and 49 would be much appreciated. May be able to help/swap with some others.

19 is hard to clue without giving it away. Let's say they all succeeded in Surrey. I don't have 49 myself. Also struggling with 11, 27, 39, 50.

The hint in Q 39 refers to a question between 23 and 38 if that helps to narrow it a little.

Q3 appears to be slightly inaccurate according to the QL

A bit too late to save me an hour or two of earthquake-chasing. In case you heven't called query line, the other advice was for question 8, go for the more obvious name.

That's what is implied on the query line - and every website I have seen! I don't know where he ever got 25th from.

Actually the 'Chronicle of the 20 th Century' says it was on the 25th so maybe the internet is wrong?

The BBC, Times and Guardian all said 23rd so I think we're OK. Chronicle seems to have got it wrong this time.
