I'm assuming that what you are asking is if the time is right for you and your boyfriend to have a baby? Is 3 years of relationship enough to conceived a child?
If I got it right here are my my opinions regarding that matter.

For the right time it actually would depend solely on both of you. There are many things to consider when planning to be parents. You have to consider the physical and mental toll it may have on you. The expenses and the adjustments.
If you can handle it then anytime would be the right time.

Now, is 3 years of relationship enough? Again it depends on the situation. Do you think that 3 years is enough to be able to know and trust a person completely and that your faith would not be crushed by betrayal and disloyalty?
