Somebody knows this paintingstyle/technique

Hello,

I am a big fan of a music group called "genetikk".
They're are wearing masks and I want to make my own one, because they don't sell them.

But I'm struggling how to paint like the creator of the original masks.

Does someone know how to paint like this on a mask or which "tools" I need to paint like this.

I would be very happy, if somebody would give me a hint or a quick tutorial.
