Help required

My house was built 35 years ago. With time the level of road outside my house has gone up considerably thereby leading to accumulation of water on my house. Now in order to raise the level of my house by 1 feet approx. the frames of doors will have to be detached and refixed again and also the ceiling height will be reduced. Is there any alternative to the above problem as I don't want to re erect the doors.
