Congested uterus and globular uterus

Hi everyone, i just wanted some advice . Yesterday i went in for a laparoscopy as i have really bad period pain (before) nausea and a feeling of weird pressure in my bum and tender uterus. I dont get to seen my specialist for another 5 weeks. But in my report it says i have a congested uterus and globular uterus, they did take some biopsies too. Can any one enlightening me on what it means. TIA please please help
