Electrical supply for water pump

Ok so here's the story. I'm trying to put a well pump on my house electric grid. The family house that has been supplying power to the pump is no more. The pump is 500ft from my grid. Unfortunately I don't know much exactly about the pump itself other than its running off of a single 20Amp switch and that its been in the well for at least 20 years. By our best recollection its probably about 110V pump 15-20 amps. The only other thing on the line is a small warming light for the winter. What would be the best wire to run to supply power over that distance? Or where could I get a solar kit to supply the needed power?
