Landlord problem

I have a landlord that just walks in on you WITHOUT 24 hour notice. Today she knocked a few times, I was in the bathroom, I had to ignore it, then she said she's coming in and opened the door, asking if there was a cat or dog in here that we don't have. One of the neighbors also said she does this and walked in her and on either her husband or boyfriend in bed. One friend said to get the warn her not to do it again and call the police after the second time and get the owners number and write a letter to them. Another friend said to just call the police for breaking and entering.
