Picking up a pile with ace on top

I have enough points to meld and four aces and a wild. My opponent throws an ace. Can I pick up the pile...put it aside... Meld using 2 aces and a wild and with all my points needed for meld. Then add the pile ace and the other 2 aces to my meld along with all the pile cards? All in the same turn .
