Need help identifying an artist. Picked up framed and matted drawing at Good Will. Its from the 50's or 60's or 70's?

Theyll identify him dont worry . First theyll put him in a lineup and let the witnesses pick him out.

After all she has given you the age plus minus 20-30 years and the frame.
