Art appraisal, painting of an Arab man on Black Velvet, painted by a Korean Artist 1983

Hi there, I have a painting described as above. There is no signature but on the reverse of the painting it states "painted by Korean Artist, Saudi Arabia 1983." It was brought back by my grandfather who worked in Saudi at the time. Does anyone know if there is a market for this kind of thing? I would like to sell it, it has terrified me ever since I was a child but I am sure someone would love it. I don't even know where to begin! Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
