Help with identifying the artist

Hi
Can anyone help with identify the artist of this print?

I have tried searching the internet for the name with different spellings and also tried describing the print and looking in images but nothing....the print was framed in sunderland but the framing shop is no longer there the number for the shop doesnt have a 1 in the area code so I think it must have been framed before 1995 when the 1 was added?
