Aquarium light fades minutes after startup

hi,

my aquarium TL lamp fades after turned on for a few min, i add pics. I replaced the light but no improvement.

Pic 1 normal, pic 2 faded, pic 3 off

this is the inside off the fixture. I thought a starter problem but i dont see it?

@shinden1102,
I'll assume this is a fluorescent light. Perhaps it needs a new ballast. Did you replace the fluorescent tube yet?

If you've replaced the tube, and it turns out to be the balast, it might be more cost effective to replace the whole deal.

jes it is a fluo light, and jes it was replaced. Do you see the balastr on the last picture?

Replace the whole fixture. It's not worth fixing.
