Ex wife's new boyfriend has been arrested seven times for drugs ( cocaine, heroin, meth ) she left my 10 year old son and 6 year old daughter alone with him? She has also moved 3 times and has had 8 different boyfriends 3 that have moved in and out in 9 months....can I win at obtaining primary physical custody?
