In a 3-phase wiring with current on all phases,suddenly the electrical current trips off on the phase being used and you don't know if there's current on the other 2-phase.A rechargeable lamp is connected to a socket and it glows red on the charging indicator signifying current on any one of the phases.why is it so

Okon I'm confused: If the if the lamp signifies current on any of the phases, doesn't it satisfy your requirement

For 3-Phase Electrical Wiring Installation at Home you require-

Double Pole, 63A, 30mA Trip Current RCD, 3 Nos
Double Pole MCBs, 63A, 3 Nos
Single Pole, 20A, MCB, 6 Nos
Single Pole, 16A, MCB, 3 Nos

Sorry Alex but you need a response more nearly expert in the field. Yes, I'd think that if you overload one phase, all three would go off
