Premier last Sunday. Thought well done but a bit too complex, hard to follow. Also difficult to understand speech in much of the conversation

I've had this reaction often to many existing tv shows; plot because, I felt, my head simply wanders too much off course. However, my Better half, who as I'm sure you would agree is much smarter than I, surprisingly had the same reaction in both regards

I'm wondering whether others might share my capricious inabilities oft to follow plot; but especially might you experience our difficulties with dialogue
