Need Help finding a movie or TV show

Hello, The only parts that I can remember is there are a group of people who are fighting what I kind of remember as people that can transform like into beasts. I do remember the main person is looking for a clue in the fathers old medical building when they are attacked. Then one of the main parts in the movie or TV show is they have this special plane that has a White Cage in it that dampens that persons powers. In a scene the cage opens to the outside when it is in the plane. Also I remember a scene where the main character kicks a monster/ person into the cage. They also have a white room that they use for people to sleep in that does the same thing to their powers.
