good 12 0 12 500/300mA transformer

I need 12 0 12 V 500/300mA transformer.But can not find a good one.Some got very hot even when secondory open or burn out.So plz refer me some name of company in india so that i can buy online in india.
I want to use the transformer 24×7 for automatic water level controller circuit.

If you're in India you'd be best answered by a local electrical parts supplier. You may have bought defective transformers before.
