Happy 74th Birthday Dale Chihuly!

His work is exquisite. I wish I could find the docu that introduced me to him. Must have been 20 yrs ago. His "studio" reminded me of Wonka's factory...

I believe I own one or two DVDs based on his work.

We've had a few threads with pix of Chihuly.

For those of you who love his work, if you ever get to Seattle, get yourselves to the Chihuly Museum. Peace and Love, oldtimer a2ker, took me there.

You are consistent with your feelings on Chihuly (found a few examples when I googled able2know and chihuly )

Thanks for this thread, tsar. It inspired me to upload my pix from November 2003's visit to the Chihuly exhibit at the Conservatory in Columbus, Ohio to FB. The pix disappeared when MSN dropped their groups. I miss some of the pix in littlek's group

Can I take that as a hint to loan? 😃
