This is a bit of an experiment, but I thought that it might work. When I taught at university students, I recall hearing at least ten made-up quotes every day. They gave to me this idea:
A combination of the Word chains game and What's next. Basically, one person has to make up a quote:
'Reality TV is best described as flies hovering around crap, on a nation-scale.
and then the next person makes a quote including the word 'reality,' nominating a word for someone to carry on with, and so on, and so on.
The first fake quote to start with is:
'German History is not for the faint Herrted.'
(So you fit in German, but this can be anywhere in the "quote," and the the quote does not have to be about anything German.)
If Bush were German, he would be able to say 'NUCLEAR' correctly.
Nuclear and clean liquid SOAP; wash your face the liquid way.
'If I am ever asked to do a CAMEO for a soap, God grant me the strength to say yes'.
"Let Cameo be a lesson to you, boy, one hit with WORD up, and then they were gone. Go to law school."
'Words without wit is what we dread. Wit without words is DADAIST art.'
'Au'jourdhui, Dada ist morte. Or maybe I got Lost in translation.'
'Tis a blonde lass that is lost when in possession of a compass and a sketch MAP.'
'The map don't have I-raq no more. O, wait; my FINGER was over it.'
"A finger on the hand is worth two thumbs in the BUSH."
In G. W. Bush, we have a man of some little CHARM.
Charm your way to the top, and your own FALL is already provided.
Those who fall in mud come to VALUE the strength of detergents.
The CROOKED rose is of more value than the perfect one, for it has withstood far more.
Crooked lies never obscure the STRAIGHT truth.
You may go on the straight and narrow, but that doesn't mean you won't fly from the ROAD
The road not taken often stirs REGRET.
Regret not what you have DONE in the name of Jesus.
Jesus saves, but Moses INVESTS
I like that, Firefly; but you've missed done out.
