We've just booked a cruise for late August. Seven nights out of Tampa (on Carnival) to Grand Cayman, Mayan Riviera, Cozumel & Belize. My husband is a scuba diver, and these are all good dive sites. My son (age 10) and I like to snorkel, but also like to do more things on shore. Shopping, island tours, sightseeing, etc.

Can anyone recommend some good things on shore at these spots?
