Need help identifying a still life realistic art piece (fruit with pitcher)

I've had this painting in my house for as long as I've been alive (almost 20 years), and I've been dying to find out who this is by or at least the title of it. I've searched online for a long, long time with absolutely no results. The signature on the bottom left of the painting is illegible, but I think I can make out an F for the first name and a C or an L for the last name. I can't check the backside of the painting because it is much too big, and on my wall. I don't want to take the risk of it falling off the hooks and the frame cracking or something happening to the painting.
Does anybody recognize this piece or the signature? I would greatly appreciate it if anyone can help me at least a little bit. Thanks in advance
