Strange art found- no idea what it's history may be. The artist's signature reads Ashraf, underlined, and then underneath is what appears to be Egyptian?? lettering. The drawing depicts a pharaoh and a woman priestess of some sort . The pharaoh is holding a cane and the woman is facing him with a strange symbol resembling the letter H on her headpiece. Underneath is small people with red flowers. Seems a little like hieroglyphics to me, but I'm no expert. The medium is (I think) papyrus. Thanks!

The medium would be something on papyrus, not simply papyrus itself. If you said Leonardo's medium was wooden boards, that could be carvings or wood blocks for printing--when in fact, the medium for many of his works was egg tempera on wood panels.
