Edit: Moderator: Moved from General to Art

I have a limited edition Norman Rockwell lithograph, and am trying to determine its value.

It's "Holiday in Karachi" by Norman Rockwell.

Limited Edition of 1,000 numbered lithographs

image size: 12-1/2" x 19-1/2 "
mat size: 24" x 30"

framed

original price was $125.00

It's at least 25 years old.

Have to checked E Bay to see if any of the lithographs are for sale?

Elaine Fine Arts has an extensive list of the lithographs and it doesn't include that title. Also, you say the edition was numbered but is it signed?

You can't expect to get much for a frame which is really second hand furniture. If this is the only thing you need appraised it would be expensive for the American Society of Appraisers to give you a written appraisal.

If it is, in fact, not signed then it's not worth much more than what you paid for it. It may be worth something as an antique which means it will have to be 100 years old.

Sorry, I'm not much help here as there was such a proliferation of inexpensive prints poured into the market in the 80's.
