1. I fell asleep reading.
2. I fell asleep while reading.
3. I feel asleep while I was reading.
4. I fell asleep having reading the book.

Are these sentences correct? If they are correct, are there any difference in meaning?

I agree with roger about #4. Or you can revise it.

4. I fell asleep having read the book.

It's still pretty awkward for conversation, but not bad for written style.
