I bought a product named Inner Peas in Trader Joe's. It appears to consist of dried peapods with added seasoning.

How could I make such a product for myself?

Do a Google search on how to dehydrate vegetables in the oven or in a food dehydrator.

There are lots of recipes and videos showing the techniques.
