Drying agent for water-based oils

I read an article on using water-based oile paints in the current issue of Artists magazine. Reference was made to a drying additive which materially reduced the time needed for a painting to dry.

I love these paints, but have no space for storing oil paintings while they slowly slowly dry, and would find such an additive most helpful. Does anyone know what it might be?

Funny, I tracked this word down for oristarA a few months ago in the english forum.

Siccative.

There are different versions around but a decent art supply store should know what siccative is and have it in stock.

I have seen;

Cobalt siccative.
Harlem siccative.
Flemish siccative.
