Does US Constitution permit somebody to be a slave?

Since slaves were considered property it did not have to.

no. yet the definition of slaver in Judaism varies from an atheist source. IN Judaism, you cannot rape your slave, beat them, or treat them inhumanly, they can be married, and can have legal possession of their own things.

Those terms of condition always apply to a Judaic slave. and they cannot give their slaves away to immoral people.

So. No regardless. But if u take a culture note, we as citizens are treated worse than a Judaic slave.

Nope. The 13th Amendment abolished slavery -

Not everyone understands that the amendments are an actual part of the constitution.
