How to come to a conclusion whether dyspnoea is of cardia or respiratory origin just based on patients history?

The best way is to see your medical professional...a cardiologist or pulmonologist.

I am myself a medical student and i got a presentation on breathlessness and i am expecting these questions to be asked

Wouldn't your professors or medical journals be the place to look for those answers?

We don't really have a large medical community here at a2k. So you shouldn't expect any legitimate answers here regarding that arena of topics.

Just out of curiosity, did they ask you to try this forum, forums in general, or was the assignment to look up the answer on the Internet?

If the assignment was to look it up on the Internet, I'd look on Mayo Clinic's website or in a medical journal online such as JAMA.
