Do you know this movie?

Hey guys. I'm trying to find this horror movie I saw a while back. I think it was about a group of teens or young adults staying at this hotel, or som. The movie shows a lot of clips of torture. (At the end of the movie, a black guy and white woman i think make it out the window fast before the all the spirits or monsters get them. the window shuts and the 2 students rejoice when they see a $$check under the window slit. Please help me find this. Thank you all.
