Company said they would give me a refund but haven't. It's been a year. Help?

I payed to see a show with my family but we couldn't go in due to age restrictions. They said on the door they will give us a refund. It's been a year now and they never did. We did bug them plenty of times but they just ignored us. Any way I could still get my money back? It costed quite a lot.

I think youre screwed. Theyve probably written you off. Is it a Chinese company?
