old love stool with image on it

hello i do hope you may be able to help me
i have been given a small stool which looks old ?
a small love stool covered with hearts and hundreds
indentations to be honest it looks like a milking stool
i thought nothing of it until !
my brother-in law spotted a image on the chair /stool
a lady dressed in old cloths possibly with a crown on her head
and reading too books one has words written on it
( YE ) then words we cannot understand then ( JANE )
the image looks very old possibly 200/ 300 years old ?
i have no idea really just guessing
i was hoping to inclose a few photos if you are able to help me

I do some picking now and again. Im somewhat into "brown goods" (furniture and painted cabinets)

Milking stools are usually always squat because youd need to be just about udder high and a foot stool is a bit too high for a maiden.
We have Pa Dutch milking stools and there is a museum collection at the Pa Farm Museum in Landis Valley (near Lancaster Pa) and another small collection in the WPhrata Cloisters (a pietist monastery of the 1700s through the mid 19th century)
