@layman,
Our Constitutional Rights only exist in courtrooms. On the street, not so much. Wanna try asserting your rights go ahead, but it's gonna be your ass.

@layman,
If you are a lawyer, rich and can get a lawyer, have no criminal activity in your background, have time to spend in prison or are willing to risk getting shot. Yes.

Really? And how did you come to that conclusion, exactly?

Hmmm. Interesting responses. The guy in the video seemed to come out OK--although he might have to write into the authorities to get his driver's license back.

He may well have saved himself a lot of money in fines and/or time in jail by not letting the pig search his car and find his drugs, eh?

If that's not enough, google "Fake St. Mary's West Virginia Police video." The video is from 2007, and these are two St. Mary's police officers pulling a "prank."

@Ticomaya,

Well, so the cop claimed anyway, after facing discipline.

According to your source, though, the matter was "still under investigation," notwithstanding the hearsay testimony of an interested party.

Quote:
The wife of one officer allegedly shown in the video told the council that it was a joke.

Mayor Paul Ingram said the issue is still under investigation.

Even assuming it was a joke, it tells you something about what pigs think is "funny," and about what they want to do in cases like this.
