The guy's life story reads like an entry in a Who's Who of Drug Dealing and he'd had spinal surgery a week prior to the incident and THEN was out doing some sort of drug thing, at least from what you read. The guy was going to die the first time a cop looked at him cross-eyed.

I mean what cop could be expected to know that some drug-dealing asshole was super fragile??

The city of Baltimore has been totally owned and controlled by the demoKKKrat party for many decades now. Any problem between the people of the city and the city's police force is an artifact of demoKKKrat control and infestation.

Worse, vote manufacturing in Baltimore keeps the entire state in the clutches of demoKKKrats. You'd only need to remove the two goofball counties (Montgomery and Baltimore) and Maryland would be a perfectly normal red state.

All I can think of is the rap sheet that George Bush would have had if he was black.
